I was happy to find a shredder that was compact and would fit perfectly in my home office. That's basically the only good thing I can say about this shredder. I have used it twice and it consistently jams up and can't appear to handle more than one sheet at a time. If I put in two pieces of paper the unit sounds like it is going to die and can barely pull the paper down, and has even stopped at times. I am using standard copy paper (nothing too thick). I am going to have to look for another option.
