I like the look of this and bought it because it goes with the hardware in my bathrooms. The problem I have is when I pull the toilet paper from the roll, the entire roll flies off. I have to hold the roll down with one hand while tearing off the tissue with the other. It's an annoyance. I wouldn't purchase this again.Excellent quality very solid. The finish matches other Grohe products I have purchased. I looked at other manufactures but this model is better made and should last longer.Great deal!!!Good and nice product, already installed in my bath room.Wasnt my first pick but looks great. Holder is fixed ( doesn't swivel) but holds Costco size roll no problem . Fast shipping arrived as promised.
