If it’s a heavyweight, nice security envelope you’re looking for—look no further. These are made from the nicest paper. They’re very opaque and have a great texture to them. I love writing on them. I will definitely order these again.I also got these envelopes for our wedding invitations, which is also planned to have a botanical/vintage/natural feel.PROS:*The "regular" size 10 envelope made it easy to set up my printer to print on them and I knew they were okay for a regular postage stamp*The opening on the short end made it feel a little more special to me*The color is exactly the "brown paper bag" look and texture I was hoping for*I had no difficulty with the sealing glueCONS:*The opening on the short end made the width of the invitation a lot less forgiving than a traditional long-side opening is. I had 4 components to my invitation, held together by a very thin twine and it was a tight fit. Any thicker, and it would have been a disaster.* The lady at the Post Office threatened that they would need additional hand-cancelling due to the short-end opening. Another PO worker disagreed with her (luckily!) and they took them at the regular rate. NOTE: This is done by weight, so while mine made the cut, if your invite is heavier, it may need additional postage anyway.* I printed the addresses on a laser-jet printer, and for some reason, the ink didn't apply as firmly as I expected. I really liked the look of it, but I worry that it may wear off during shipping. I don't know if this was the fault of the porous paper, or my particular printer.I would buy these again; I love the way they turned out!I needed an over sized envelope and these are perfect....Like that they open on the end...and they are made of a heavy weight of paper....I wondered a bit when I ordered them and I am quite HAPPY with the product I received....I love using kraft paper because I can decorate accordinglyI had half sheets of heavy stock paper (the long way) that fit perfectly in these envelopes. Beautiful presentation. extra postage need. LOVE these envelopes!These envelopes are way nicer quality than I was expecting! I don't use envelopes very much anymore other than for a few bills a year so I wanted some cool and unique envelopes to use when I do send mail. The quality is amazing; I was honestly looking for something way less nice than these and now feel bad only using them for bills. I love the open end flap too; it adds all the more uniqueness to a mundane task.While there are several natural, recycled envelopes, I like this one best. Now I have made my second order for 3 times what I first ordered. Just a nice envelope.We bought 150 of these envelopes for our wedding invitations about 2 weeks ago. We're going for a natural vintage look and these seemed perfect! The only problem we had was when we went to seal them, the adhesive wouldn't stick very well. We had to hold each seal down for a few seconds. We also purchased the 4bar A1 Brown Kraft Envelopes for our RSVP's. Those worked GREAT! We ordered them around 1pm on Wednesday and received our shipment on Friday. We got them a week before they said they'd come. Overall we're satisfied customers :)I haven't had a chance to use them yet, however, I must say that these envelopes are made with a heavier bag material and they will be perfect for my paper projects!I highly recommend them!These are good quality envelopes, exactly what I was looking for they are perfect for my needs.Expensive but very robust
