Had some spillage during the baking process filling these the exact same way I would normal cupcake liners. I think filling these with a tablespoon or so less batter would make them exactly right. Very convenient not having to use a traditional cupcake/muffin tin to bake. I could fire off all of these at once on my extra large cookie sheet!
